* Fixed crash importing wavetables.

* When importing SFZ/SF2, apple pan to oscillator instead of layer.

* Allow keyboard split display in footer to be hidden.
* Disabled mouse wheel for EQ/HexEQ controls.
* Fixed mod wheel modulation not being detected in some DAWs.
* Removed duplicate Default FX presets.
* Fixed default preset for EQ, Otter & Vinylizer.
