Update-Fix-Release Notes:

This library has an extra copy protection feature that is ignored by standard Kontakt versions. It essentially requires a license before Kontakt (cracked or not) can process it. The Arcadia release of this library is unlicensed, meaning the output audio is bypassed, the script password is unlockable and thus uneditable, and if all of this were the case, the total re-call function would not work. Thus, the release is non-functional. All of this has been fixed here by Anon
