Added a preset manager so users can create and save their own sets of parameters.

Improved expander algorithm

Fixed a bug where the threshold node readouts were not updating when controlled from the control panel.

Fixed a bug when saving a preset using Pro Tools native preset system, the processors bypass buttons flipped state.
