BUG FIXES
* When playing a slide that changes direction, using a MIDI controller, the sub-bass did not sound good and smooth at the turning point. This was especially noticeable in Funk Fusion EBX.
* In Hollowbody EBX, the sub-bass did not make any sound for legato notes.
* On Windows, the tab key did not work as expected in external windows (detached views).
