BUG FIXES
Sound Engine
* Using a sample rate other than 44.1 kHz with a 16-sample or variable buffer size would cause distortion/crackling.
* Playing the Audio Tracker using Follow Host (in a DAW which is playing) with sample rate other than 44.1 kHz could cause noises for some articulations.
