This EZX for EZdrummer 3 and Superior Drummer 3 offers a collection of vintage drum kits from the mid-1900s, perfect for genres like acoustic pop, soul, R&B, and tight-pocket beats. Recorded by Christoffer Berg and Christopher Cantillo at Svenska Grammofonstudion in Gothenburg, Sweden, the kits deliver a mix of earthy, organic, and resonant sounds with a natural, vintage timbre. The kits were captured with close mics and two mid/side configurations, using ribbon and tube mics. Calf- and cowskin heads enhance the old-school sound. The library includes a range of presets, from raw mixes to complex ones with saturation and distortion, alongside drum grooves and fills to create both authentic retro and modern electronic-sounding drum parts. This EZX offers a timelessly trendy, vintage-meets-modern sound for your songwriting toolbox.
